Two Operating Partners to strengthen the Wendel team

Bruno Fritsch, based in London starting in September, and Jérôme Richard, based in Paris, have been named Operating Partners, a newlycreated investment team function.

Reporting to the Executive Board, they will work closely with the senior managers of the Group’s portfolio
companies.
